Chestnut Ridge Senior Living - A Personal Care and Memory Care Community Excellent care of our residents begins with a caring and compassionate staff. At IntegraCare, we pride ourselves on cultivating career opportunities and creating an engaging and exciting work environment. Performs routine painting, maintenance and repair of interior and exterior to maintain the appearance of the residence. Works with outside contractors as needed. This position will require 75% or greater of daily work time be dedicated to painting and related preparation and clean up tasks. Requires the skill to paint interior and exterior areas of the building and perform maintenance functions on the building and grounds. The ability to paint, develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules and follow safety standards is essential. The ability to exercise good judgment and make confident ethical decisions is essential. Must be able to effectively manage time in order to complete multiple tasks. The ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing is essential. Requires frequent heavy lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, pushing and stretching. Requires moving of heavy furniture, equipment and boxes.
