Coke Florida is searching for an Automation Maintenance Technician to work out of our Orlando location, working 10:00PM until 8:30AM, with Saturday, Tuesday, and Wednesday off.
What You Will Do:As a Coke Florida Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating change-over. Maintenance technicians will assist with the overhaul and install new equipment with initial OEM training and the end goal to perform most tasks "in-house".
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support within an automated warehouse, production lines and facilitating change-overResponsible for safely maintaining all assets within an automated warehouse facility, including but not limited to conveyance systems and other electromechanical components; and other facility equipmentTroubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on automation and production equipment to prevent downtime or reduction in efficiencyOverhaul and install new equipmentRebuild and fabricate partsPerform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work areaGenerate parts request to ensure adequate inventoryGenerate and complete work orders as assignedPerform equipment change-overs and production line set upsEnsures automated warehousing system is operating effectively and efficiently by actively monitoring, assessing, and repairing, as needed
For this role, you will need:
At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience in an automation environment or production facility preferredPrevious experience within high-speed industrial environmentDemonstrated mechanical and technical aptitudeBasic computer skillsAbility to follow manufacturers' specifications and schematics
Required to supply hand tools
Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:
EET/MET or Mechatronics degree preferred5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience highly preferredPrior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferredProgrammable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge highly preferredMill and Lathe experience is preferredTPM maintenance knowledge and abilities preferredSAP experience preferredPrevious Front-Line Leadership preferred
