Position Summary:

Richmark Properties is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will assist with daily maintenance operations, unit turns, pool upkeep, and general property care.

Key Responsibilities:

•Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner

•Assist with make-ready preparation of vacant units

•Maintain pool cleanliness and equipment functionality

•Ensure grounds and common areas are kept clean and presentable

•Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, and all local laws and ordinances

•On-call rotation and weekend availability

Requirements:

Qualifications:

•Minimum 1 year of on-site experience as an Assistant Maintenance Technician, Make Ready, or Painter

•Must provide own tools for general maintenance and repair work

•HVAC / EPA certification preferred

•Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred

•Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
