General Maintenance for main bank and bank branches
Primary Duties:
- Responsible for cleaning the parking lot and exterior of the main building and other bank buildings as assigned
- Responsible for daily maintenance at all branch locations
- Responsible for checking interior and exterior lighting - replacing bulls and repairing fixtures as needed
- Responsible for cleaning the vault door and safety deposit boxes
- Responsible for cleaning the ATM machines at all locations
- Responsible for maintaining the storage building and the generator building at Main, and keeping tools stored in an organized manner
- Responsible for monitoring weekly generator test as well as conducting annual load testing of all generators.
- Responsible for handling generator maintenance.
- Responsible for Tier 1 ATM support
- Responsible for tracking and updating the status of maintenance requests submitted via SharePoint or other software
- Responsible for coordinating contractors as needed
- Responsible for scheduling service of bank vehicles
- Assist the Technology department with wiring new locations as well as upgrades.
- All other duties as assigned

- Must be timely and able to meet deadlines
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Good driving record
- Must be able to work independently and be trustworthy
- Need to be a self-starter
Education:
- High school education or equivalent
- General maintenance experience
