Position Details: Pay: $17-$20/hr (Based on experience) Location: Brandon, FL Experience Required: Plumbing, carpentry, electrical Tools: Must have own tools Schedule: Mostly weekdays, very rarely on-call weekends Responsibilities: Perform general property maintenance and repairs Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues Ensure properties are in excellent condition for tenants and owners Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Requirements: Prior experience in property maintenance or related fields Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable transportation and own tools #3107FL
