AppleTree Business Park is currently seeking a Property Maintenance person that can carry out all general building maintenance and janitorial tasks. Must have reliable transportation and be available for after hour emergency calls. Must be able to snow shovel sidewalks and work overtime.

\n

Responsibilities & Job Duties:

\n

·      Perform preventative and general maintenance and may assist with all minor repairs to building.

\n

·        Cleaning of general common areas, lavatories, stairwells, entrance door glass, elevator etc.

\n

·        Replace light bulbs, ballast, and ceiling tiles as needed.

\n

·        Perform restroom plumbing repairs and maintenance.

\n

·        May assist in tenant improvement construction projects.

\n

·        Assist with snow removal & salting on all entrance doors & walkways.

\n

·        Responsible for general tenant work requests.

\n

·        Pick up tenant trash and cardboard and putting in the dumpsters.

\n

·        Painting and repairing of walls inside, painting outside doors, bollards and light pole bases.

\n

·        Perform other duties as assigned.

\n

\n

Skills, Education and Experience

\n

·        High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

\n

·        Valid driver’s license required.

\n

·        Preferred 1-year previous facilities/property maintenance experience, with mechanical aptitude.

\n

·        Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environment.

\n

·        Ability to handle multiple projects.

\n

The is a full-time hourly position.  In addition to the hourly rate is a competitive benefits package: including single health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k)-retirement plan (after 6 months) with employer matching up to 4%, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonus and overtime.

Pay range dependent upon the skills and experience: will be discussed.
