Job Description
Pay Rate: $50 - $60 per hour
- Location: Portage, IN
- Perm Position
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Ensure that all equipment and machinery are functioning efficiently and effectively
- Minimize downtime and maximize productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Electrical and PCM
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Experience with predictive maintenance techniques
