Maintenance Clerk

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance CMMS Inventory / Receiving clerk for a 3 month temporary role with one of our clients.

DETAILS

• Day shift

• Mon-Fri

• $25/hr

Qualifications:

• Parts Receiving Experience

• Ability to work with limited supervision.

• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs.

• EAM and Oracle experience preferred.

• Parts inventory and cycle counting

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles.

• Knowledge of SOX compliance.

Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Receive building & maintenance supplies, Services and Supplies for other areas as required.

• Asset tracking, maintain current Asset List

• Financial Tracking

• Conduct cycle count inventory to schedule. Maintain inventory parts and equipment lists.

• Maintain vendor/contractor paperwork.

• Verify paperwork for accuracy prior to submission.

• Attend maintenance shift meetings.

• Adhere to Company Safety Programs

• Other duties as assigned.
