Maintenance Coordinator-2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians.
• Support equipment uptime, productivity, and reliability objectives.
• Prioritize preventive maintenance and repair activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation-related equipment issues.
• Coach and develop maintenance personnel.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and environmental requirements.
• Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs including downtime, PM completion, MTBF, and MTTR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, ladder logic, and technical drawings.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Technical Experience

In one or both of the following areas:

Stamping Operations

• Mechanical and servo press systems
• Pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum systems
• Servo drives and VFDs
• PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Press automation and industrial controls

Weld Assembly Operations

• Industrial robotics (FANUC, NACHI, Motoman, etc.)
• Resistance spot welding equipment
• PLC programming and ladder logic
• Automation controls and industrial wiring
• HMI systems and automated assembly equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Mitsubishi and/or Omron PLCs.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Automotive manufacturing experience, including familiarity with IATF 16949 requirements.
