The Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership to staff, as well as performs skilled technical services within specific trades, including Electrical and HVAC.
Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee the implementation of Park and Dept. Policies and Procedures
- Maintain documentation of Training Certifications, Maintenance & Safety Standards, requisitions, etc.
- Develop and maintain area operating budget, to include daily operation and rehab projects
- Supervise department employees. This includes daily work assignments, scheduling, commendation, discipline, etc.
- Ensure rides are maintained to the highest levels of Quality, Reliability and Safety possible
- Regularly serve as duty manager for the department.
Qualifications:Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-10 years Maintenance Management Experience.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given moment. Working under pressure to be expected.
- Understanding of company and governmental regulations, as relates to the industry.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Must be a team player, motivated, dedicated, and able to delegate tasks and duties as needed to achieve company success.
- Position requires full availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
