About the Role: Baker Pools LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Jenks, OK! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate pool maintenance service routes for pool cleaners
Communicate with customers to address concerns and provide service updates
Act as the primary liaison between pool cleaners and customers, coordinating communication to deliver excellent service
Process paperwork and invoice customers each month
Answer phones and assist with scheduling service calls for our service department

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to problem-solve quickly and work well under pressure
Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
