Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance assistants would be responsible for ensuring that facilities are clean and in good operating condition. Their responsibilities may include cleaning buildings and rooms, and performing general maintenance and repair of the building, grounds, and equipment.

Qualifications

1. Ability to be to work when scheduled with minimal absences.
2. Verifiable work history which demonstrates an ability to understand basic mechanical systems and how to fix them
3. Prior minor electrical experience is strongly preferred
4. Able to work 5 days a week icluding every fourth weekend both Saturday and Sunday
