Summary:
The Crew Member is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks in order to complete landscaping service contracts and enhancement projects. The Landscape Crew Member will be required to operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specified job tasks.

Job Duties:
Aid in and perform day to day landscape duties as directed by the crew leader
Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, commercial mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws, sod cutters, chain saws, etc.
Assist in daily inspections and maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment
Ability to carry out verbal and/or written instructions, read labels and signs and report progress to landscape crew leader
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
Requirements:
Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape practices is an advantage
Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
Preference will be given to candidates with a valid driver's license and safe driving record
Work Conditions:
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift. Shifts can include walking, standing, crouching for long periods of time - excellent stamina required
Fast paced environment
Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
