Blair Companies Real Estate is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support facility operations and ensure our properties remain clean, safe, and welcoming. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and pride in maintaining professional spaces for tenants and visitors.What You'll Do:On-Site Cleaning DutiesPerform routine cleaning of sports facility, locker rooms, offices, common areas, restrooms, and shared spacesSweep, mop, vacuum, windows, mirrors, glass doors, and dust assigned areasEmpty trash and recycling receptaclesClean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfacesReplenish supplies such as paper products and soapFacility Support TasksIdentify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazardsAssist with light facility upkeep (spot painting, minor touch-ups, basic organization)Support seasonal cleaning needs (salt removal, entryway upkeep, etc.)Administrative & CommunicationMaintain cleaning logs and supply inventoryNotify supervisor when supplies need replenishmentCommunicate professionally with tenants and team membersWhat You'll Bring:Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work independently and follow a routine scheduleStrong attention to detail and pride in thorough workPhysical ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periodsDependability and a positive, team-oriented mindsetCandidates must possess and maintain a valid driver's license as a condition of employment.
