What You'll Do
You'll be a key part of the team that keeps campus safe, functional, and beautiful:
- Maintain campus facilities, including light repairs, cleaning, and upkeep
- Set up and support classes, events, and special programs
- Perform grounds work (snow removal, landscaping, lawn care)
- Assist with basic maintenance (lighting, plumbing, HVAC support, etc.)
- Help ensure campus safety with routine inspections and reporting
- Perform custodial duties including cleaning restrooms, offices, and public spaces
- Work with tools, equipment, and campus vehicles
- Collaborate with team members, faculty, and vendors

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and service-oriented:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Montana driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience:
- General maintenance knowledge: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, landscaping
- Experience using tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Comfort working both indoors and outdoors in all seasons
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move equipment and work in tight or active environments
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout shifts
Work Schedule
- Rotating shifts including day, swing, and graveyard
- Includes weekends and holidays
