We have a position for Maintenance Planner in Philadelphia where you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities across the Tastepoint North (TPN) and Taste point South (TPS) manufacturing facilities with management of data bases and KPIs with SAP. This position is on the day shift.

1."Where You'll Make a Difference"

  • You will be the link between operations and maintenance execution, ensuring work is properly scoped, resourced, and documented in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
  • Maintain accurate equipment records and Functional Location (FLOC) hierarchies in SAP so all assets are properly structured.
  • You will review and process maintenance requests submitted by operations; prioritize, classify, and convert into actionable work and generate maintenance orders, scope the work, define crafts, and assign tasks.
  • You will create and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance plans and set up track equipment performance through measuring documents to support condition-based maintenance triggers
  • You will identify recurring failures and bad-actor equipment; support root cause analysis and PM optimization.
  • You will maintain complete and accurate maintenance records to support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and PSM/Mechanical Integrity compliance.

2."What Makes You the Right Fit"

  • If you have at least 5 years in Maintenance Planning and handling data bases
  • knowledge of a CMMS platform (SAP PM strongly preferred; experience with Limble, Fiix, Maximo, or similar acceptable with willingness to train on SAP).
  • Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude sufficient to scope work, read drawings, and estimate labor and materials.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to build basic reports and schedules.
  • Familiarity with safety practices including LOTO, hot work, confined space, and general PPE requirements.
