In this position you will be responsible to coordinate the day to day operations of the Maintenance Department, up to and including the hands on completions of necessary repair work, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, as may be directed by facility administrator and to assure that the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manor. Candidate must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, possess leadership ability and be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures.
Responsibilities also include oversight of the Housekeeping Department.
