About the Role:

As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and grounds maintenance. You will also be responsible for managing a team of maintenance staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering supplies and materials, as well as managing the facility's budget for maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Order supplies and materials, as well as manage the facility's budget for maintenance and repairs
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that the facility is running smoothly
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the best use of resources
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

• 0+ years of experience in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
