Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks

• Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality

• Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

• Develop and manage the maintenance budget to ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
