What You’ll Do

• Lead your team: Oversee Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry while creating a positive, service-focused environment.

• Keep things running: Maintain buildings, grounds, equipment, vehicles, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.

• Stay ahead of repairs: Complete preventative maintenance and respond promptly to work orders.

• Keep us safe: Oversee inspections, fire drills, emergency preparedness, and life safety requirements.

• Manage projects: Coordinate vendors, purchasing, budgets, repairs, and community projects.

• Support the community: Keep apartments move-in ready and assist with transportation and other needs as necessary.

What You’ll Bring

• Maintenance, facilities, or related leadership experience.

• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and general maintenance.

• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• A dependable, hands-on approach and pride in quality work.

• Ability to work with vendors and outside contractors.

• Availability for on-call needs and emergencies.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
