Maintenance Director - Cura of Monticello

Job description:

Responsibilities:- Assist in maintenance and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.- Utilize requests/facility needs to track and prioritize work orders, schedule preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate records.- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting inspections.- Fabricate or repair parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of machinery and equipment.- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and provide excellent customer service.

Skills:- Strong technical skills in maintenance and repair of equipment.- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments.- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in record keeping and maintenance tasks.
