We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Director to join our family-run nursing home. The right Maintenance Director will be reliable, hardworking, and caring toward our residents and staff.

Maintenance Director Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily maintenance and repairs in the building

• Managing safety checks and compliance

• Supervising and scheduling maintenance staff

• Working with vendors when needed

• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems
