We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Director to join our team. As the Maintenance Director, you will oversee the facility’s maintenance operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.

Maintenance Director Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all maintenance activities within the facility.
• Ensure the building is in compliance with safety regulations and codes.
• Perform regular inspections and repairs on the facility’s equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintenance Director Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations calmly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or training preferred.
