Maintenance Director – Oakland, CA
- Location: Bay Area (local candidates only, primarily field-based across Oakland assets)
- Role: Hands-on field leader working closely with site teams to build processes, train, and elevate standards
- Experience: Minimum 5 years overseeing maintenance for multiple multifamily communities
- Skills: Preventive maintenance planning, make-ready oversight, vendor management, OSHA compliance, capital project coordination
- Technical: Strong diagnostic background; HVAC knowledge required; EPA 608 and CPO preferred
- Focus: Field visibility, team development, consistent process implementation
- KPIs: Work order completion times, turn efficiency, budget control, and quality scores
- Capex planning and management
