Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and delegate daily maintenance activities while promoting a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental programs, and maintaining 24/7 operational support as needed
* Lead and mentor the maintenance team through hands-on support, coaching, performance management, training, and effective communication to drive continuous improvement and safe work practices
* Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, work orders, repairs, equipment improvements, and contractor activities to minimize downtime, improve reliability, and optimize plant operations
* Manage maintenance operations including scheduling, shift handoffs, payroll/timekeeping approvals, tool and inventory management, 5S standards, and collaboration with Operations and Planning teams to support production goals
Required Skill & Experience:
* 5+ years of Maintenance experience in a similar environment; 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisor role
* Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, and PLC's
* Must be able to work on Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm
* Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, etc.
