As a Maintenance Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Reporting to the [insert supervisor title], you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our physical plant, including HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and grounds. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance

• Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance issues promptly

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory levels

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in maintenance, engineering, or a related field preferred

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or similar setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a variety of tools and equipment

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
