    Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license High school education preferred 2 years experience in related field. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Build various structures requiring the use of various materials.
    • Organize fire drills, maintain records of fire drills, check all extinguishers and assist Fire Marshall with inspections.
    • Do minor plumbing repairs such as, replacing and unclogging hair traps, unplugging toilets, repairing washers and dryers, replacing broken pipes/water lines.
    • Follow established performance standards and performs duties according to maintenance policies and procedures.
    • Make environmental rounds routinely and initiate corrective action as necessary.
    • Supervise maintenance department personnel.
