As a Maintenance Director, your contributions to the team may include:Responsibility for the general maintenance and repair of an assisted living community and strives to secure the lowest-cost solutions to maintenance problems. Supervision of the maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure that the community is properly maintained. Providing leadership, training and development of assigned staff members. Responsibility for implementation of community Injury and Illness Prevention Program. Coordination of the Hazcom Program. Performing safety audits/checklists and emergency drills.
