About the Role

As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement maintenance plans, budgets, and policies. Your expertise will ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and comfort.

Maintenance Director Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance functions, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects

• Develop and implement maintenance plans, budgets, and policies

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance

• Collaborate with the executive team to ensure that facilities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and comfort

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

• Participate in facility inspections and quality assessments

Maintenance Director Requirements

• Prior experience in maintenance management or a related field preferred

• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, including planning, budgeting, and supervision

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to healthcare facilities
