Job Summary

The Maintenance Dispatcher provides administrative support to the Maintenance office by dispatching maintenance calls, running reports, assisting with payroll, and other clerical duties as needed. Skills required for this position include but are not limited to good verbal and written communication, administrative skills and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Previous dispatching experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Must be a team player and be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and teammates. Must be 18 or older. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job-Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

  • Rotating Two-Week Schedule (four days a week; every other weekend off):
    • Week 1:
      • Work: Monday and Tuesday (7:30 AM-5:30 PM); Saturday and Sunday (7:30 AM-5:30 PM)
      • Off: Wednesday through Friday
    • Week 2:
      • Work: Monday (7:30 AM-5:30 PM); Wednesday through Friday (7:30 AM-5:30 PM); Friday (9:00 AM-3:00PM)
      • Off: Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday
    • Hours:  10-hour shift
      • Additional days/hours as needed, overtime when available

    Compensation: 

    • Pay: $14.00/Hour

    Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
