Remington Ammunition is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to support and maintain the electrical, controls, automation, and power distribution systems that keep our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently
This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, modifying, and maintaining industrial electrical equipment, process controls, electronic instrumentation, automated manufacturing systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and 480V/3-phase power systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on industrial electrician with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys diagnosing complex equipment issues and minimizing downtime in a manufacturing environment.
Pay Range:
Hourly Rate: $29.33 - $32.74
The actual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is based out of our Lonoke, Arkansas location.

Shift Information - 4 Different Shifts:
Dayshift (4 shift days): 4:30 AM to 4:45 PM
Nightshift (4 shift nights): 4:30 PM to 4:45 AM
Mon-Fri: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Mon-Fri 2:45 PM to 1:00 AM
What You'll Do
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and electromechanical equipment used throughout manufacturing operations.
Diagnose and resolve equipment failures involving power distribution, controls, automation, instrumentation, and process systems.
Install, maintain, modify, and upgrade industrial electrical systems and manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems.
Troubleshoot motor controls, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), relays, contactors, sensors, instrumentation, and control panels.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
Support production by responding to equipment breakdowns and restoring machinery to operation as quickly and safely as possible.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, technical drawings, and control system documentation.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
Test, calibrate, and maintain electronic instrumentation and process control devices.
Support automation projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Follow all company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and applicable electrical codes.
You have:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Current Arkansas Journeyman, Industrial, or Master Electrician License, or equivalent license eligible for Arkansas reciprocity.
Minimum of 5 years of recent experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing, production, processing, military, utility, or heavy industrial environment.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining:
480V and 3-phase electrical systems
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Experience working with electronic instrumentation and process control systems.
Experience supporting industrial automation systems and manufacturing equipment.
Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment.
Ability to read and interpret:
Electrical schematics
Wiring diagrams
Blueprints
Control drawings
Technical manuals
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize equipment downtime issues.
You might also have:
Associate Degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI systems, and industrial networks.
Experience with servo systems, robotics, and automated manufacturing equipment.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Experience supporting continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
Physical Demands
Vision correctable to 20/20 with normal color vision, depth perception and peripheral vision
Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 25 lbs. unaided
Ability to stand or sit for up to 3 hours at a time
Ability to frequently kneel, crouch, bend or extend reach as required to perform tasks
Ability to ascend and descend stairs
Ability to grasp and feel small parts
Work Environment:
