Job Details

As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a wide variety of industrial electrical systems and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and manufacturing equipment
Diagnose issues with motors, drives, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, controls, and instrumentation
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities
Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Install, test, and maintain electrical components and control systems
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects
Support equipment upgrades, capital projects, and process improvements
Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and electrical compliance procedures
Work closely with operations and mechanical maintenance teams to maximize equipment performance
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
Strong electrical troubleshooting abilities
Experience working in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
Ability to read electrical prints and schematics

Highly Desired Experience:

PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics
VFD and motor control systems
Automated production equipment
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge
Preventative and predictive maintenance programs
CMMS maintenance systems
Arc Flash and Lockout/Tagout procedures
