Maintenance Electrician / Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Duties & Responsibilities

-Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automated production equipment to maximize equipment uptime.
-Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems including motors, controls, switchgear, transformers, drives, HMIs, robotic systems, and building electrical infrastructure.
-Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, hydraulic diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
-Complete maintenance documentation, support equipment changeovers, follow GMP and safety standards, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.



Required Skills & Experience

-Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with strong electrical troubleshooting skills on 240V and 480V systems.
-Proven experience troubleshooting PLCs, automation systems, HMIs, drives, and industrial controls. PLC troubleshooting and automation experience are required.
-Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment while reading electrical schematics and technical drawings.
-High School Diploma or equivalent with technical training in industrial maintenance or electrical systems. Must be willing to train on 1st shift before transitioning to either 2nd Shift (3:00 PM-11:30 PM) or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM-7:30 AM).

Preferred Skills & Experience

-Associate's degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
-Experience with robotic systems, servo drives, CMMS/EAM software, food manufacturing, or GMP environments.

Pay Rate Range 35.00 per hour +
