We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service through phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred) 

1–2 years of customer service experience 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software 

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team


 ** The hourly wage range for this position is $20 to $21. **
