As a part of our Customer Service Operations team, you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers' facilities. As someone who prides themselves on getting to the root of the problem, you'll be part of the mission to keep food production going for hundreds of millions of people in more than 160 countries. Our equipment is a crucial part of the food processing and packaging industry. What you will do
Travel to customer sites to:
Perform preventive maintenance and installation tasks of moderate complexity
Use Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS) tools to report and document service activities
Interpret technical documentation and follow global procedures
Represent Tetra Pak professionally and share ideas for improving customer operations
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
What we believe you have
Requires foundational, mechanical or electrical experience, supported by a high school diploma or technical/vocational program. This role is designed for early‑career technicians and individuals exploring a new technical career path.
Practical experience performing maintenance and repairs across multiple areas, including automotive systems, diesel engines, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and material handling equipment.
Experience with PLC, automation, processing, and packaging systems is a plus.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.
Ability to travel and work within the United States for up to 25 days per month (non‑consecutive), including occasional weekends.
A valid drivers license is required for extensive travel to customer sites by car and air.
You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. The company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student)visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) preferred.

Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Paks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.
