    Job TitleMaintenance Technician / Maintenance EngineerOverviewA well-established property management organization is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residential communities in the Omaha area. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and taking pride in maintaining high-quality living environments. The position is full‑time, working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a rotating on‑call schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical basics, and carpentryComplete work orders promptly and professionally, respecting resident homes and privacyTurn vacant apartments efficiently to prepare for new move‑insMaintain property grounds, including trash removal and overall cleanlinessAssist property management with ensuring units are move‑in ready on scheduleIdentify maintenance issues and recommend preventative solutionsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience in apartment or residential maintenanceWorking knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and carpentryAbility to work independently in a fast‑paced environmentn#J-18808-Ljbffr
