Short Facts Espoo, Finland Swisslog, onsite Customer Service Permanent Position Responsibilities Make an impact System Operations Engineer, Kerava, Uusimaa Region. Working Monday to Friday, rotating shifts. This is a customer facing role where you will act as a representative for Swisslog on site for Broman, working as part of an 8-man team. You will be involved with breakdown and PPM on a variety of automated machinery, to include pallet systems; pallet conveyors; monorail; light goods system; cyclone carrier; conveyors and a picking system. Collaborating with external and internal suppliers to improve the efficiency and reliability of the installation. Using the maintenance system to organize spare parts. Adhering to health, environmental, and safety regulations applicable to Broman. Monitoring the installation using the integrated data system. Working proactively to minimize downtime of the installation. Application Requirements What you need to succeed You will need a vocational certificate in mechanical or electrical or automation. Experience in a manufacturing facility or automated systems as a maintenance engineer / service technician. Broad experience in electronics, control systems, mechanics, and pneumatics, with the ability to troubleshooting on PLC-controlled equipment. General mechanical experience.Experience in reporting and documentation. Proficiency in using measuring equipment.A team player.Good physical fitness and health to work at heights and the ability to work in confined spaces. English and Finnish fluent Experience of MS Office Previous work experience in the maintenance and servicing of automation equipment is also considered an advantage.
