Maintenance Engineer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide proactive customer service to casino, and office guest.
2. Maintain the safety of customer and guests.
3. Maintenance and upkeep of parking lot, moat, sidewalks, grass and flower area.
4. Maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, vacuums, extractors, and company vehicles.
5. Ice and snow removal.
6. Assist housekeeper in any way to ensure the facility is clean.
7. Maintain proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards.
8. Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
9. Perform all job function in a safe and responsible manner.
10. Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
11. Perform any reasonable request made by your immediate Supervisor or any Manager.
