They are seeking a skilled individual to oversee the complete maintenance of their state-of-the-art 90,000-square-foot facility. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving internal issues related to mechanical systems, electrical components, and HVAC units. If challenges arise beyond internal capabilities, you'll coordinate solutions with a network of external contractors. Additionally, you'll manage external vendors for facility upkeep tasks such as snow removal and landscaping. This is a dynamic, hands-on role in a single-person department, ideal for an individual prepared to dive into all aspects of maintenance and infrastructure support.
