Salary: $150,000 - $170,000

Position Overview(Maintenance & Engineering Manager): The Maintenance & Engineering Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance and engineering activities within the Massillon facility. This individual will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, equipment reliability, utilities management, and facility maintenance while developing a high-performing maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities(Maintenance & Engineering Manager):

• 
  
• Lead the daily operations of the Maintenance Department with safety as the top priority
• 
  
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime
• 
  
• Improve manufacturing reliability while reducing downtime and maintenance costs
• 
  
• Partner with Production to improve equipment performance, process efficiency, and operating costs
• 
  
• Manage capital improvement projects from planning through implementation
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications(Maintenance & Engineering Manager):

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 
  
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in maintenance, engineering, or plant operations
• 
  
• Experience managing capital projects and maintenance budgets
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
