    Repairing, rebuilding, inspecting, and testing production equipment and tooling

    Diagnosing equipment failures and implementing effective repair solutions

    Performing preventive maintenance and maintaining maintenance records

    Obtaining quotes and ordering materials and replacement parts

    Recommending new products, equipment, and process improvements

    Collaborating with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to support business objectives

    Supporting a safe work environment and contributing to health, safety, and environmental initiatives

    Job Requirements

    At Safran Electrical & Power, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment.

    Associates Degree in a technical field preferred

    1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair, or advanced knowledge of CNC repair and maintenance

    Demonstrated troubleshooting and equipment repair skills

    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong problem-solving abilities
