The Maintenance & Facilities Team Members are responsible for maintaining an exceptionally clean, safe, and fully operational restaurant environment, both inside and outside the building. This role serves as the primary steward of the restaurant's facility and equipment, ensuring the restaurant is operating at peak performance every day.

This position has three primary areas of responsibility:

  • Deep Cleaning – Maintaining Chick-fil-A Ironwood's high standards through nightly deep cleaning and preventative sanitation.
  • Preventative Maintenance & Equipment Reliability – Inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and performing basic repairs on restaurant equipment and building systems whenever possible.

The Maintenance & Facilities Team Members play a critical behind-the-scenes leadership role by protecting the restaurant's physical assets, ensuring a clean restaurant every day, minimizing equipment downtime, maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring the facility is always prepared to deliver Second Mile Service to both guests and team members.
