Reports to: Associate Director of Operations & Facilities

Shift: This is a Full-Time Day Shift position. Monday through Friday. Exact hours to be determined.

Job Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly

Compensation: Up to $27.261 per hour depending on experience

Job Duties Include:

• Perform maintenance and repairs at all facilities to include: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, etc.
• Work with Program Managers to satisfy maintenance needs.
• Keep Associate Director of Operations & Facilities apprised of any necessary issues and repairs.
• Perform regular inspections as assigned.
• Perform cleaning at any and all facilities.
• Distribute inter-agency mail.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience required. Two years or more preferred.
• Valid Drivers License Required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
