Our team members produce sustainable and eco-friendly products that are supplied to national brands that impact people's day-to-day lives.Our Facility Maintenance Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7AM-3pm and Friday 5:45AM to 1:45PMPOSITION SUMMARYAssists the maintenance department staff with inventory ordering/receiving/reconciliation, minor repairs, maintenance of buildings, grounds and utility systems of the plant, warehouse and office by performing the following duties.Expectation:Individual must possess: high school diploma or equivalency, plus two years of facility maintenance experience, preferred. Additional schooling in a maintenance-related field a plus; valid drivers license and acceptable driving record: excellent safety record; ability to type and operate a computer, calculator, and a wide range of hand tools, test instruments, machining equipment and maintenance equipment; ability to perform mathematical calculations involving adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions, decimals and percentages; ability to follow written, verbal or diagrammatic instructions or blueprints; excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; legible handwriting to record information and fill out forms; ability to: plan, prioritize and organize work effectively; work effectively under pressure and time deadlines; analyze problems (not just symptoms), propose reasonable solutions, make logical decisions, carry out decisions made and follow up with feedback where appropriate.Opportunities for GrowthYou will have the opportunity to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge that can be applied to grow into new positions with higher pay.
