CHS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Foreman to support our Lubricants team at the Inver Grove Heights blending and packaging facility. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee daily maintenance operations, guide a team of technicians, and ensure our equipment, systems, and processes run safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in a fast‑paced production environment while contributing to the success of our high‑quality lubricants operation.
Salary Range: $37.62
This is a union role. Wages are based on the collective bargaining agreement
• Maintain plant equipment; troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
• Work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Plan daily tasks, delegating them to Maintenance Technicians, and ensuring completion.
• Request quotations for and manage capital projects.
• Contact and manage contractors as needed.
• Preventive maintenance on plant equipment, including forklifts.
• Become member of plant spill team; complete Hazwoper training.
3+ years of experience in Production, Operations, and/or Maintenance
