Maintenance (Full-Time)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks including building repairs, grounds upkeep and ensuring the general cleanliness and safety of the premises. The role involves using a range of equipment such as pressure washers, lawn care machinery, scissor lifts, and ladders. If you have a passion for keeping environments well-maintained and have the ability to work with various tools and machinery, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building Maintenance: Perform general repairs and upkeep of the building including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor HVAC maintenance. Use a variety of hand and power tools for repairs and installations. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, and facilities.
• Grounds Maintenance: Maintain and care for the landscaping and grounds including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing weeds. Operate lawn equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and Edgers. Ensure proper care of seasonal plants, trees, and shrubs.
• Pressure Washing: Use pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces such as walkways, parking lots, buildings, and outdoor furniture. Maintain and store pressure washing equipment in safe working condition.
• Height Work and Equipment Operation: Safely operate scissor lifts and ladders for maintenance tasks such as cleaning windows, gutters, and high surfaces. Ensure proper safety procedures are followed when working at heights.
• General Cleaning and Upkeep: Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting within the facility and on the grounds. Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are stored properly and kept in working.
