Job Description
Our client is seeking a Home Property Maintenance Technician to handle the upkeep and repair of residential properties. This role requires a versatile skill set and the ability to complete a variety of maintenance tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and takes pride in maintaining clean and functional living spaces.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Maintenance & Repairs
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties
Address work orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep
Ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained
Painting & Property Upkeep
Complete interior and exterior painting projects as needed
Maintain the appearance and condition of properties
Identify and address maintenance issues proactively
Tools & Operations
Use personal tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Communicate with team members and management regarding repairs and needs
Qualifications
Experience in general maintenance required
Painting experience required
Must have basic tools
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
