About the Agency
Hudspeth Regional Center is one of five state operated comprehensive regional programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities operated under the administration of the Department of Mental Health, Bureau of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. About the Position
Morton Group Home: Third-level seasoned vocational worker accountable for performing a variety of semi-skilled work in the alteration, maintenance, and repair of state buildings and facilities. At this level, employees work in and have general knowledge of a variety of trade areas including: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and mechanical repair in settings such as facilities and grounds. May oversee a crew engaged in maintenance tasks. This position serves as a career transition point for employees to either continue with this family or transfer to the Specialty Trades and Construction Family.
