Job Description
Our client, one of the largest line pipe distributors in the United States, is seeking a dependable Maintenance Groundskeeper. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept facility by performing daily grounds and property upkeep. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently in outdoor conditions. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours and overtime potential.
Responsibilities
• Maintain facility roadways free of debris and trash
• Perform daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds
• Mow grass and operate weed eaters as needed
• Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
• Cross-train and assist in other work areas as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift and carry 15–20 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods
• Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

The base hourly pay rate for this position is $15.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
