What you will be doing:

The Groundskeeper is an integral part of our maintenance team. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the community which includes, but is not limited to, the community models, vacant units and public access areas like the office and clubhouse. The Groundskeeper's duties will include:

• Maintain community cleanliness by daily picking up trash and debris throughout the property / dumpster area
• Sweep and blow breezeways, sidewalks, and other common areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
• Operate and lift equipment up to 50 lb. Able to use / operate a pressure washer for power washing designated areas.
• Deliver resident notices in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist the maintenance team with tasks as needed, including light repairs and upkeep..
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety guidelines and company standards.

What we'll expect from you:

• Active and valid driver's license and a personal vehicle.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available on notice in event of snow and/or ice and other on-site emergencies.
• Up to one-month related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience.
